I am used to play way method because it easily brings students along the line of discussion . I am very innovative and dynamic in my pedagogical teaching.

My style of teaching combines Interactive/participative method of teaching with student centered approach. This hybrid style allows me to "immerse" the learners in the learning process thereby getting them engaged before the class and during the class session. I have been using the method for years and it has been yielding result

It has been exceedingly beneficial because it promotes leaning and keeps the tutor on his toes. The responsibility of the training tutor is to explain the key and important points to the learners after each training session. The hybrid system is more of an inquiry-based and discovery strategy approach because everybody leans something -teachers and learners inclusive.
