My lessons are structured, interactive, and focused on helping you achieve your goals. Each session starts with a quick recap to check understanding, followed by the main focus of the lesson, which might include learning new content, analysing sources, or practising exam-style questions. I use a mix of discussion, activities, and written practice to keep lessons engaging and to build both knowledge and confidence.
I draw on my own academic success in History (A* at GCSE, A at A-Level, and now studying History, Politics, and Economics at UCL) as well as research experience with international universities. This has given me strong skills in critical thinking, essay writing, and analysis, which I pass on to my students.
For GCSE and A-Level students, I place particular emphasis on exam technique, essay structure, and revision strategies, while younger students benefit from lessons designed to spark curiosity and make history enjoyable. I provide feedback after each lesson, optional practice tasks, and regular progress checks to ensure you are always moving forward.
Overall, my lessons are dynamic and tailored to each learner. I aim to make history both accessible and exciting, so that you feel confident in your knowledge and prepared to excel in your studies.
