Lesson Dynamics & Perfect Matching
The core of my approach is matching text complexity to decoding ability. Before we begin, every student completes a comprehensive initial assessment checklist to pinpoint their exact phonic and reading level. During our live lessons, we read collaboratively, and I closely monitor your fluency in real time. If a word presents a challenge, we instantly pause to decode it together using our phonic tools. We then dive deep into the meaning behind the words—exploring vocabulary, predicting plots, and building critical thinking skills.
