1. Install, configure, and maintain computer networks and servers.
2. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
3. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
4. Install, configure, and update operating systems and software applications.
5. Perform regular system backups and data recovery procedures.
6. Ensure network and system security by implementing security policies and updates.
7. Configure and manage routers, switches, wireless access points, and firewalls.
8. Provide technical support to staff and resolve hardware and software issues.
9. Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of IT services.
10. Implement preventive maintenance for computers and network equipment.
11. Support email systems, internet services, and other ICT infrastructure.
12. Train users on ICT systems and best practices.
13. Plan and recommend improvements to the organization's IT infrastructure.
