My lessons are designed to make psychology understandable, engaging, and practical rather than overwhelming or based purely on memorization. Whether you are a high school student, university student, or adult learner, I adapt each lesson to your current level, goals, and learning style.
Lessons are conducted online and typically combine explanation, discussion, examples, and active participation. I break down complex theories and concepts into simple, clear language while helping students understand not only what psychologists discovered, but also why those discoveries matter and how they apply to real life.
Depending on your needs, I can help with exam preparation, assignments, research projects, essay writing, understanding psychological theories, case analysis, and developing critical thinking skills. My academic background includes an MSc in Applied Psychology, along with specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), anxiety, and depression.
A major focus of my teaching is helping students connect academic knowledge with practical applications. Throughout lessons, I frequently use real-life examples, thought experiments, case scenarios, and interactive discussions to strengthen understanding and retention.
I encourage questions and create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable exploring ideas and challenging assumptions. Rather than simply providing answers, I help students learn how to think psychologically, analyze behavior, evaluate evidence, and develop independent understanding.
My goal is to help students improve their academic performance while also gaining valuable insights into human behavior, emotions, relationships, cognition, and personal development that extend far beyond the classroom.
