I combine life coaching with English language practice, focusing on time management, health, and personal transformation.
I am originally from Transylvania, and I bring a rich cultural perspective to my work. I help teens facing device addictions and adults at life crossroads, guiding them through life transitions, major decisions, and personal development. I believe in committing to a minimum of five sessions, ensuring we have the time to deeply work through the subject they choose.
My core values are honesty and confidentiality, and I bring an authentic, straightforward approach to every session.
I help clients gain confidence and clarity. Whether you seek a healthier lifestyle, a career pivot, or a more balanced life, I am here to walk with you, in both English and Hungarian, every step of the way.
Once we begin the coaching process, I identify which childhood pattern the person is stuck in, using schema therapy as a guide. From there, we explore those patterns to help release and heal them. In addition, we integrate techniques from logotherapy and transactional analysis, ensuring a holistic approach that addresses both meaning and relational patterns. By combining these methods, we work to release self-limiting beliefs and empower the client to create lasting change.
I truly believe, and my philosophy is, that everyone is naturally creative, resourceful, and whole; we just need to uncover the path to their fullest potential. I am also currently studying to earn my second coaching degree, and I am just a month away from my final certification. This ongoing growth allows me to deepen my skills and bring even more depth, authenticity, and forward momentum to every client I work with.
