Hi! I’m a Law graduate with a Master’s in PGCE Social Sciences, and I bring both strong academic expertise and professional teaching experience to every session. I’ve spent the last two years teaching in schools and have four years of tutoring experience, supporting students from KS3 all the way up to A-Level.
My lessons are structured, engaging, and fully tailored to each student’s needs. I always begin with a quick recap activity to check understanding and identify any gaps. From there, I introduce new content through clear explanations, worked examples, and real-life applications especially useful in subjects like A Level Law, Sociology, and Psychology, where linking theory to current issues helps students grasp concepts more confidently.
Whether I'm teaching GCSE Maths, English, History, Psychology, or Sociology, I break down complex ideas into manageable steps and provide simple scaffolds that gradually build independence. My teaching style is calm, supportive, and patient. I create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, exploring new ideas, and developing exam skills without fear of making mistakes.
Every lesson includes active practice this might be exam-style questions, quick quizzes, structured writing tasks, or guided problem-solving. I emphasise strong exam technique, including how to plan responses, analyse questions, and write clearly and effectively for top marks.
Most importantly, my goal is to build confidence. I want every student to leave each session feeling more capable, motivated, and ready to succeed. also have four years’ experience teaching GCSE Maths, Science, and English, which has strengthened my ability to support learners of all abilities.
