I tailor each session to the learner’s needs by combining strong subject knowledge with clear communication. My experience presenting mathematics to non-specialist audiences means I can unpack difficult topics into simple, relatable steps and use everyday analogies to build intuition. Lessons can be delivered face-to-face in glasgow or online via interactive whiteboard and screen-sharing; during the session we work through examples together, identify gaps in understanding, and finish with practice questions and feedback. I draw on my background in finance and computer science to connect abstract ideas to real-life applications, and my customer-service experience helps me maintain a patient, supportive teaching style that builds confidence and independence.
