Moira Tait

I am a CELTA certified tutor with four years experience of teaching English as a foreign language. I teach online and in person and I am happy to travel to your home or workplace. My lessons are completely tailored to a student's individual needs and are always fun and engaging, using up to date material and resources. I tutor both adults and young learners.

I have wide experience in teaching individuals, small groups and have taught at residential summer schools for a variety of different language companies. I have also taught at a primary school in Spain, teaching English to children aged from 3 to 11.

In addition to standard lessons, I also offer total immersion residential stays, where students live with me and my family in a small village on the outskirts of York, benefitting from lessons in the morning and then excursions and activities in the afternoon.
