My lessons are practical, supportive, and highly interactive, designed to help every learner build confidence as well as competence. I use a clear structure in each session so students always know what we’re doing, and why we’re doing it.

A typical lesson includes:

A short, focused introduction outlining the learning outcomes

Demonstrations and practise.

Checks for understanding, using questioning, mini-tasks, or peer feedback

A clear recap so learners leave knowing exactly what they’ve achieved and what to work on next

My teaching style is calm, encouraging, and learner-centred. I adapt the pace and delivery to suit different learning needs, and I always create a positive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and trying new skills.

I draw on my experience as a Personal Trainer, fitness instructor, and qualified vocational assessor, which allows me to bring real examples, industry expectations, and practical insights into every lesson. Whether we’re covering anatomy, coaching skills, assessment criteria, or client communication, I make sure the content is always engaging.

Above all, my lessons are designed to help students feel supported, motivated, and capable, with a clear sense of progress every time they attend.
