My lessons are structured, engaging and tailored to each student’s individual needs. At the beginning, I take time to understand the student’s current level, strengths and areas they find challenging. This allows me to plan lessons that focus on building strong foundations and improving confidence.

During lessons, I break topics down into simple, manageable steps so students can clearly understand each concept. I use a mixture of explanation, guided practice and independent questions to help students apply what they have learned. I also encourage students to ask questions and think through problems rather than just memorising answers.

As a qualified teacher who previously taught Year 6 in Qatar, I have experience supporting students through important stages of their education, including exam preparation such as SATs and entrance tests. I understand the pressures students face and aim to make lessons both productive and enjoyable.

My teaching style is supportive and interactive. I believe students learn best when they feel comfortable, so I create a positive environment where mistakes are seen as part of learning. I also provide regular feedback so students and parents can clearly see progress.

Ultimately, my goal is to help students build confidence, strengthen their understanding and achieve their full potential. I also adapt my pace depending on the student, ensuring lessons are neither overwhelming nor too easy. My aim is always to challenge students appropriately while keeping them motivated. Over time, students develop stronger problem-solving skills, greater independence in their learning, and the confidence to approach new topics successfully.
