I relate to you different rules in different languages which when understood, the only remaining task is practicing and adding on your vocabulary. Then speaking exclusively in that language with a proficient individual and asking them to correct you when you get it wrong. I will do this patiently, no matter how much you get it wrong until you grasp the fundamentals. Then we will focus on the intonation and affectation of the natives of that language to eliminate heavy accents. Finally, confidence, willing to learn and taking action will be the only barrier between you and being proficient.
