Let me just share with you my method of assessing students' academic performance when tutoring them.

1. Each and every chapter pertinent to the exam will be discussed in comprehensive detail with special emphasis on case laws, legal principles and statutory provisions

2. Student will be taught on the right method of applying case laws, legal principles and statutory provisions when it comes to analysing and answering exam questions

3. Student will be given lots of assignment questions (based on past year exams) in order to gain confidence and be fully prepared to sit for the exams
