I have several years of experience in university level teaching, laboratory demonstrating and student support. This has helped me develop an adaptable teaching style that focuses on understanding rather than memorising formulas.

Each lesson is tailored to your individual needs, current level and learning objectives. We begin by identifying your strengths and areas for improvement, then work through the relevant topics using clear explanations, step-by-step solutions and carefully selected practice questions. I encourage students to ask questions, explore different approaches and develop the confidence to solve problems independently.

I can help with mathematical fundamentals, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics and other relevant topics, depending on your level and syllabus. Whether you are preparing for school examinations, studying for A-levels, or tackling mathematics at university, I will adapt the lessons to your specific requirements.

I also use practical examples and applications from engineering and scientific research to demonstrate how mathematical concepts work in real situations. This can be particularly helpful for students who want to understand not only how to solve a problem, but also why a particular method works.

Lessons typically last 90 minutes, allowing sufficient time to explain concepts, practise questions and review progress. My approach is friendly, structured and supportive, with the aim of helping you build a strong mathematical foundation, improve your problem-solving abilities and achieve your academic goals.
