Mo Mccauley

I am an experienced teacher dedicated to making learning fun, engaging, and personalised for you. My first goal will be to find out what you want to learn,, whether preparing for an exam, or to develop confidence and skills, and then I will tailor my lessons to your individual needs and interests.

I like to teach using visual aids. If we are working on English then we will start with discussions about what interests you, topics you enjoy reading about which we can use as our foundation for learning. We will use role play, discuss and debate subjects of interest, play online games and read some online articles and news.

In Maths we will use visual aids, have a challenge of the day, develop fluency in numeracy and build knowledge of different strategies to ensure you have confidence solving Maths problems.

In every area I teach I love to use quizzes and games to make learning feel natural and fun. I will ensure you feel confident and supported every step of the way and we will talk regularly abut progress and next steps.
