Mingming Zhang

My lessons are fully personalised and student-centred. I teach Spanish and Mandarin in London, both in-person and online, for children, teenagers, and adults. Each lesson begins with a clear objective and a short warm-up activity, followed by interactive tasks such as role plays, games, reading, and writing practice. I make sure there is always space for speaking, reflection, and feedback.

I have over three years of experience as a Spanish teacher in China, and I am now training as a PGCE Languages student at UCL. I have also worked as a classroom observer in UK schools, learning how to adapt lessons for different abilities. My background includes supporting SEND and EAL students, so I am confident in creating lessons that are inclusive, engaging, and accessible.

In my classes, you will not only learn grammar and vocabulary, but also discover culture, communication skills, and strategies to build confidence.
