My name is Ming sir.
I am a proactive, interactive, innovative and interesting tutor with empathy. Over my past teaching experiences, all of the students showed interested to join and willing to express their idea during the lesson.

I think that encouragement and reinforcement are very important elements in teaching and learning. I can establish a mutual trust and very good rapport with the students especially the child, youth and adult.
