First and most important point is communication skills to make students interested in the lessons they need to learn by giving them motivation as well as collaboration and healthy competition atmosphere.
I also have an ability to recognise their strength and weak points to work on it.
In addition to these,I'm patient enough with their learning process aswell as encouraging them to raise their ability to understand the context rather than memorising .
I also deliver the lesson step to step to boost up their self-confidence and prevent distraction or stress.
It is important to teach the lesson from basic to be able to continue to higher level.
Apart from all,repeatition and continuous practice with personalising the lessons in real life is much more practical.
Using gesture,drawing or showing items and pictures can also highly help with the learning process.
Not only each day our focus is on different skills such as speaking,reading writing or speaking but also I use limited of each to get master of it and then shift to new lessons ,or new words in order to better understand and applied methods rather than confusing or forgetting them because English language requires gradual and constant practice to stick in our mind and needs to be used on a regular basis.
All in all, motivation and self-confidence can highly impact on learning process.
