Mikayla Chaplin

I am a PhD physics student at the university of Cape Town, South Africa. I have a masters in Physics and a Bachelors in Physics and Chemistry. I have 5 years of experience tutoring high school students and have also been tutoring third year university Physics for three years. I usually follow the curriculum provided by the school, and will help students with homework or assignments. I often use past papers and exams and will go over the questions during the session in order to gauge what level the student is. I have a deep understanding of the foundations of science and maths, and will spend some time going over why or how an equation was derived, rather than just the applications of the equations.
