I offer an intertwined blend of my life experience which has been strongly supported by a mindfulness way of being, together with my corporate executive experience and my training as a mindfulness teacher.
I enjoy supporting both individuals and groups through their challenges but teaching basic mindfulness based practices that can be done anywhere and at anytime.
Although these are simply practices, they can be a life saver when feeling overwhelmed.
The sessions will include some theory and concepts that underpin the practical exercises. This will set the scene for exploring a variety of practices that help to bring us out of the over active thinking mind into the present moment. This can reduce the levels of anxiety and improve clarity of mind.
Each engagement will be interactive, but in a safe, trauma-informed way.
