Micah Falconer

I have a passion for seeing people advance and improve. I believe that not everyone learns at the same pace, but if someone is willing to invest in us, we are all capable of developing. I believe that through teaching, I am able to make those investments in people's lives to help them reach the goal that they are aiming for. I am always determined to create and foster an environment in which students feel supported, safe, and challenged in order to reach their full potential. I have a can-do attitude, and I am self-motivated to make a difference in complex and ever-changing environments.
for the past year and a half, I have volunteered my services as a teacher once a week teaching groups of various sizes, from 1 to 20 students. It provided me with experience in teaching people of different learning level's, ages and cultures. My degree field is in engineering, however, I went further to get my TEFL qualification and I am now looking at a career in teaching full time.
