My lessons would be friendly, interactive and adapted to each student’s level and goals. I would use a mixture of normal conversations, speaking exercises, vocabulary and grammar activities to make learning English feel natural rather than like simply memorising rules.

A big focus would be conversational English, helping students feel comfortable speaking to their peers, socialising, making friends and communicating confidently in everyday situations. Then we would also practise school-focused English, such as understanding texts, building vocabulary, and writing and communicating ideas clearly.

As I am new to tutoring, I would take the time to understand what each student finds difficult and adapt my lessons around them. I want students to feel comfortable making mistakes, asking questions and practising without feeling embarrassed. I aim to make English enjoyable while helping students become more confident both inside and outside the classroom.
