My approach focuses on building fluency, correcting grammar, incorporating real-life colloquial terms and creating interactive activities that support each student's learning style. I help learners achieve their personal goals through tailored lesson plans and well researched topics. Having also invigilated over 30 plus high-stakes GCSE exams in the UK in 2025, I have deepened my understanding of online exam systems, safeguarding, and the pressure of online exams that students face today. I therefore, incorporate this experience into my teaching to help students remain calm, feel prepared, and confident under pressure.

With over 12 years of experience teaching English online, I have worked with a wide range of students (between the ages of 7 to 50) across a wide range of needs —academic, business, and conversational. I deliver engaging Zoom or Teams lessons, with tailored 1-to-1 sessions after getting to know student's needs. I have also successfully prepared students for their IELTS exams and in the last 4 years have assisted a student in his 40s move from level B2 (upper intermediate) to C2 (proficient).
