I am a passionate mathematics tutor with a strong academic background in applied mathematics and extensive experience supporting students at the elementary, high school, and college levels. I hold a First Class degree in Mathematics and have completed graduate-level training in applied mathematics. Alongside my studies, I have worked as a teaching assistant and tutor in both classroom and one-on-one settings.

My lessons are structured, interactive, and tailored to each student’s learning style. I begin by identifying gaps in understanding and then build concepts step by step using clear explanations, worked examples, and guided practice. I emphasize why a method works, not just how to apply it, so students develop real understanding rather than memorization. I also incorporate practice questions, short quizzes, and review sessions to reinforce learning and track progress.

I am patient, encouraging, and especially attentive to students who feel anxious or lack confidence in mathematics. My goal is to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. Over time, I help students improve not only their grades but also their confidence, problem-solving skills, and independent thinking.
