Hi! My name is Melissa, and I provide friendly and supportive tutoring for primary school, GCSE, and beginner-level students. My aim is to help students improve their confidence, understanding, and overall performance in a relaxed and comfortable learning environment.

I understand that every student learns differently, so I adapt my lessons to match each student’s pace and learning style. I focus on explaining topics in a simple and clear way by breaking difficult ideas into smaller, manageable steps. I encourage students to ask questions freely so they feel more confident and engaged during lessons.

My lessons are interactive and personalised. Depending on the student’s needs, I use examples, practice questions, revision activities, and step-by-step explanations to help improve understanding. I can support students with homework, coursework, exam preparation, revision planning, and improving study techniques.

I mainly help students with business, economics, accounting, and general academic support, but I also focus on helping students build confidence in their learning. I believe learning should feel encouraging rather than stressful, and I always try to create a positive and motivating atmosphere in lessons.

Whether you need regular weekly tutoring, help preparing for exams, or support understanding a difficult topic, I am happy to help. My goal is to help students feel more confident in their abilities and make steady progress toward their academic goals while enjoying the learning process.
