My lessons are a blend of neuroscience, emotional literacy, and practical self-awareness. All grounded in real-life tools that can be used straight away. Each session is conversational and reflective, not clinical or heavy. I guide my clients to understand how their brain and body respond to stress, relationships, and self-talk, and how to create healthier patterns that bring more calm, confidence, and clarity.
I use a trauma-informed, person-centred approach, meaning I move at the students pace. Lessons often include guided discussions, journaling prompts, and simple nervous-system regulation techniques (like breathwork, grounding, or tapping) to help you connect mind and body.
My background includes over 15 years in healthcare governance and leadership, combined with specialist training in neuroscience-based trauma coaching, emotional regulation, and mental health first aid. I bring structure and compassion, helping the student feel both supported and challenged to grow.
I create a safe space where they can explore their emotions, learn the “why” behind their reactions, and build everyday skills to stay grounded and resilient.
