Melinda teaches my daughter the ukulele. She is an excellent teacher, making her lessons fun and so engaging. She is patient with my 9-year-old and makes her lessons engaging. We had the opportunity to hear Melinda play in a band and it was a wonderful experience. They always prepare a surprise performance with my daughter for Christmas and Mother's Day I can’t recommend her highly enough!

I came to Melinda with a request for her to help me learn a song which my friend wanted me to play at her wedding. Melinda was incredibly helpful, supportive, and clear in her instruction. I gained confidence playing the violin after not having played in years, and I felt more comfortable playing not only this song, but also the many other songs we played together. I noticed a definite improvement in my technical abilities and my music playing became undeniably better. Melinda was accommodating, always made time for me even when traffic meant I arrived late, and she created a positive environment in which to learn. I absolutely recommend her to anyone from beginner to advanced. She's fantastic!

Melinda is an amazing teacher, she is very talented and she has been teaching my three children for a few years now. She has bags of patience and knows how to encourage the children to practice and makes it fun for them to learn. She is very calm and positive at all times.
