I like to chat before the sessions to see how each student is feeling and how they enjoyed the previous sessions etc. That was I can adapt the class to the individuals needs and requirements that day and make any changes to the schedule if needed. I believe that everyone should leave my class feeling accomplished and in a better mental and physical state, ready for the next session.
I combine, HITT workouts, yin yoga and fascia release. I help with low back pain and can show different relaxation techniques alongside breathwork and stress relief.
I have worked with many clients online and globally. Some of my main specialities is with mental health, stress, depression and obestiy. Using my nutrition background I always help guide clients with any tweaks and adjustments to their diet if need be.
