My experience in both being a primary educator and personal tutor has allowed me to come up with fun learning experiences that are successful. I ensure that the beginning is filled with starter games and activities personally catered to my learners. I then set a task with a level of help if needed that aim to challenge my learners as well as help them gain confidence. I am a strong believer in structure, routine and an overall positive experience for all involved.
I also believe in having a positive working relationship with all my pupils. This means that we can set shared goals and communicate what is needed to better the experience and challenge the learners. I have experience from university in helping a diverse range of needs and educational requirements that I can cater lessons too and again create a positive experience ensuring a love for learning is made.
