My lessons are structured around the concept of metacognition. I will teach you to think about how you think, in other words, I will teach you the processes behind answering every exam question. Instead of teaching the basic content, I will incorporate exam questions and answers into every lesson. This is a key skill to gain before your exams as if you do not understand how to apply your knowledge of the content correctly, you cannot unlock top marks. I use images and audios to enhance the learning experience, recognising that students (particularly with SEN) may require visual guides to help solidify knowledge.
