My classes offer an inclusive and mindful space for students of all levels to explore movement, breath, and connection. I guide with warmth, clarity, and encouragement, focusing on alignment, grounding, and self-awareness. Each session is structured to balance strength and softness — beginning with gentle grounding and breathwork, flowing through mindful sequences that build heat and energy, and closing with deep relaxation to leave students feeling centred and calm.
Coming from a background in dance, I bring a creative and intuitive approach to sequencing. My understanding of the body through movement allows me to design flows that feel natural, fluid, and expressive, encouraging students to move with awareness rather than perfection.
I have experience teaching a wide range of community groups, including older adults, children, and individuals with additional needs or in care. This has shaped my belief that yoga should be accessible to everyone, regardless of age, ability, or experience. I create a supportive environment where students can listen to their own bodies and move in a way that feels good for them.
Having completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with House of Om in Bali, I am passionate about continuing to learn and evolve as both a student and teacher. My aim is to guide classes that uplift, empower, and nurture—helping each person leave feeling grounded, open, and connected to themselves.
