My academic record speaks to the standard I'll help you reach. I hold a Distinction in the PGDL law conversion at BPP University, where I study on an academic scholarship, alongside Distinctions in Commercial Real Estate and Quantity Surveying from my earlier career in commercial real estate. Having sat these high-stakes assessments very recently, I understand the pressure you're under and the exam technique that separates a pass from a distinction.

My lessons are interactive and tailored to you rather than a fixed script. A typical session starts by pinpointing where you're struggling, works through the topic using real examples and past exam questions, and ends with clear takeaways so you know exactly what to focus on next. I draw on my commercial background to show how the law actually operates in practice — connecting Land Law or Contract principles to live deals — which makes concepts stick far better than memorising textbook definitions.

Mentoring has been central to my career, and the results speak for themselves. I've coached over 300 candidates and individually supervised five colleagues through the RICS APC, all of whom qualified on their first attempt. That same patient approach is what I bring to tutoring — building your confidence as much as your knowledge.
