Drawing on this background, I combine clear communication, empathy and practical tools to help clients understand their needs, trust their own abilities and find solutions that truly fit them.
I work at eye level, value curiosity and creativity, and support each coachee in developing self-efficacy, focus and motivation in a way that feels natural, respectful and encouraging.
