I am confident to pass on this knowkedge to anyone who want to be extraordinary instead of living a mediocre life. All that is necessary is determination, focus, consistency and be ambitious in a good term. The results will depend on the particular individual as it is practical not theorical. I can take the horse to the water but I can't force him to drink it. So let's be practical you are where you are at the moment because of the decisions you make.
