Our sessions will be personalised and unique for your needs and targets, in a relaxed and enjoyable way, online or in-person (in-person when appropriate, subject to payment of travel as needed).

I work with individuals and also groups at university, adult and company levels.

Using established methods and my own proven and unique, bespoke systems for success, you will be able to understand current blocks and how to get past them. This is based on health and well-being as well as cognative understanding and processes.
We will identify your skills, ambitions and experience to leverage these elements for a more successful future in education, life and career.
