Hello Potential Students!

My Lessons:

My Spanish lessons are meant to be a laid-back, fun environment for learning Spanish without stress. The lessons are completely specialized to each student, and can range from vocabulary and grammar practice drills to normal conversation. These lessons typically take place completely in Spanish, but this is a flexible aspect depending on the student's level and comfort. These lessons are completely virtual and take place either through Zoom, FaceTime, or google meet.

Normally, my lessons focus on conversational spanish as me and the student practice and reinforce general vocabulary and syntax. The student can lead the conversation or I can bring topics to help the flow of the lesson. These lessons aren't meant to be stressful, they are a safe space to speak Spanish with another student who can help you on the journey of learning this language.

My Experience:

I've been learning Spanish since I entered primary school and spent 2 weeks in a cultural immersion program/language school in Spain during my high-school Sophomore summer followed by 2 more weeks in the program during my Junior summer. On top of this, I am minoring in Spanish at Tufts University and plan to study abroad in Spain for a semester.

As a current undergraduate student, I understand the importance of having another student mentor you in a subject. The connection that two students can form is completely unique as our similar situation allows for a better understanding and increased level of comfort. I've tutored students before in Spanish and Math and have experience working with younger students as I was a mentor during all 4 years of high school.
