Being a responsible, organised and kind person. I have great communication skills and I am always keen to help other people.
I have worked with younger students before, helping them develop their basic skills in a variety of subjects as well as volunteering at a local girl guiding unit and being a maths and stem ambassador at my school.
In the first few lessons I would do my best to understand where you are at, and slowly we would work towards past papers if sitting an exam, or work towards harder and more challenging assignments to push your capabilities and get you out of your comfort zone.
I would plan lessons based on your feedback, looking to work with you to help you learn and develop in this subject.
During each session, we would begin with a starter, whether that be some basic questions or a recap of something we have already covered to ease into the lesson. Then we will progress to answering questions I have prepared beforehand or going over any theory or work from your school lessons that you are particularly struggling with. Most weeks I will assign homework, generally on areas in which you struggle more or need extra practice with.
I will try to use various materials and methods, including videos and whiteboards, to ensure we find the best way in which you learn and I promise to adapt to your needs.
