My lessons are interactive, supportive and tailored to each student’s individual goals, learning style and level of experience. Whether you’re looking to improve your English language skills, build confidence in conversation, prepare for exams, or develop your acting and public speaking abilities, I create personalised lessons designed to help you progress in an enjoyable and encouraging environment.

For English learners, I focus on practical communication skills, including speaking, listening, pronunciation, vocabulary and fluency. Lessons are designed around real-life situations and engaging topics to help students feel confident using English in everyday life, education or work. As someone who grew up between the UK, Beijing and Hong Kong and speaks conversational Mandarin, I understand the challenges of language learning and can explain concepts clearly and patiently.

For Drama students, I offer support with acting techniques, audition preparation, script analysis, character development, public speaking and confidence-building exercises. As a Drama and Film graduate from Royal Holloway with performance and production experience, I bring both academic knowledge and practical industry insight to my teaching.

My teaching style is friendly, adaptable and student-focused. I believe students learn best when they feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and actively participating. Every lesson is designed to be engaging, positive and challenging in the right way, helping students build skills, confidence and a genuine enjoyment of learning.
