Maryam Sheikh Mahmood Obarey

Hi! I’m Maryam, a qualified British curriculum-trained primary teacher with 6 years of experience teaching young learners, especially in Key Stage 1 and lower primary. I hold a PGCE in Education and a UAE-recognised teaching qualification, and I’m passionate about creating lessons that help children feel confident, supported, and excited to learn.

My lessons are engaging, interactive, and tailored to each child’s needs and learning style. I specialise in English, phonics, reading comprehension, writing, vocabulary development, and primary maths. I also support children who may need extra help building confidence or closing learning gaps.
