As a teacher, I focus more on getting the students to consolidate their learning before moving onto further subjects, this provides a strong foundation for their future studies. I would encourage the students to engage with the lesson by repeating back any concepts, giving plenty of room for asking questions and breaking up topics into smaller, manageable chunks so that the student is not overwhe...

I would encourage the students to engage with the lesson by repeating back any concepts, giving plenty of room for asking questions and breaking up topics into smaller, manageable chunks so that the student is not overwhelmed by the content of their studies. I also feel it is vital that students are challenged so that they may be able to achieve higher grades.
