Marwan Masri

I have over 15 years of experience teaching Arabic to non-native speakers from around the world. Throughout my career, I have taught hundreds of students who wanted to develop the ability to communicate confidently with native Arabic speakers and gain a deeper understanding of Arab societies and cultures.
Many of my students have a particular interest in the Middle East, including its politics, culture, history, and contemporary affairs. My experience includes teaching university students of Arabic and Middle Eastern Studies, as well as journalists, diplomats, researchers, and other professionals working or interested in the region.
I teach both Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) and Levantine Arabic (Lebanese Arabic) and adapt my teaching approach to the learner's objectives, whether academic, professional, research-related, or conversational.
In addition to my teaching experience, I have a professional background in media and journalism. I have worked with Lebanese local television stations as well as Arab media organisations, gaining extensive experience in news, current affairs, and the political and cultural context of the Arab world.
