I have a heavily question based and student lead way of teaching, focusing on complete understanding of theory enabling my students to answer any question shown to them.

I begin by discussing which area is a particular weak spot. This normally based on looking for previous tests or their class work to get basic understanding of where they are.

I then tend to do a short overview of whatever that weak spot is. Making sure to empathise on asking questions and complete engagement with the lesson.

I then do an example question with the student and let them do their own.

I begin every lesson with a short test on the topic we discussed last week, and the cycle repeats!
