I have experience meeting the needs of a range of learners through dynamic planning. I appreciate that some learners need concrete materials and provide these in my sessions where appropriate. I assess learners when first meeting them to gain an understanding of their strengths and areas for development and utilise this knowledge in my planning. I communicate effectively with parents/carers to ensure they know what their child is working on and give them extra materials (should they want them) to support their child's learning at home.
