My lessons are designed to be engaging, interactive, and personalized to suit each student’s individual needs and learning pace. I believe learning a language should be enjoyable, so I incorporate a mix of activities such as storytelling, role-plays, games, songs, and visual aids to keep the lessons lively and motivating. Each session follows a clear structure: we start with a warm-up to activate prior knowledge, introduce new vocabulary or grammar concepts, practice these through speaking and writing exercises, and end with a review to reinforce what was learned.

With over 7 years of teaching experience and a TEFL certification, I have worked extensively with children aged 3 to 13, helping beginners and more advanced learners improve their English and Afrikaans skills. My approach focuses on building confidence and fluency in a supportive environment, ensuring students feel comfortable making mistakes and learning at their own pace.

All lessons are conducted online, providing convenience and flexibility for families regardless of location. I tailor content to each student’s goals—whether it’s improving conversation skills, preparing for exams, or simply developing a love for language learning.
