I am a motivated and caring Teaching Assistant and Cover Supervisor with experience supporting students in both high school and primary school environments. I am passionate about creating a positive, structured, and engaging learning atmosphere where every student feels supported and confident.

My teaching approach is student-centred, patient, and adaptable. I believe every learner is different, so I adjust my explanations and activities according to individual needs and abilities. I use clear instructions, practical examples, encouragement, questioning, and positive reinforcement to help students understand their work and develop confidence.

I have experience providing one-to-one and small-group support, assisting with lessons, supervising classes, maintaining positive behaviour, and supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) by adapting learning materials. I also have experience delivering pre-planned lessons and helping students stay focused and engaged with their learning.

My key qualities are patience, empathy, reliability, good communication, organisation, and a genuine commitment to student progress. I aim to understand each student’s strengths and challenges and provide the encouragement they need to succeed.

With an academic background in Computer Science, Data Science, and Cybersecurity, I can also bring strong analytical and technology skills into my teaching approach.

My goal is to make learning enjoyable, understandable, and confidence-building for every student.
