I have been teaching Italian for many years in Adult Education, I have also taught in school for A and GCSE levels, further I am experienced in teaching Italian to children from nursery to primary schools through Songs, Games and Drama.
My approach is very friendly and I like to teach to individuals and equally to small groups.
I give options and I make sure that everyone is progressing at their level and knowledge.
Students have different ways of learning so I use different ways to teach according to needs and interests.
My passion is inclusion so in a group situation I like to make everyne feel comfortable.
I am happy to listen to students to find out what their interests are and formulate lessons accordingly.
Being an artist means that I can construct the lesson in a very creative way using out of the box solutions to make it fun and understood by everyone. I don't mind repeating if anyone has not understood a subject and I am open to people of different educational background and experience. I enjoy to see my students progress and feel really satisfy with this.
According to their levels I might use extracts from magazines, film, songs with passages referring to every day life.
I have also taught Italian for business in corporate environment again formulating lessons according to requested needs and topics.
Another aspects I enjoy bringing in is the cultural aspect of Italy. I very am happy to give also conversation lessons.
