With over 10 years in customer-focused roles and the last 4 years as a Customer Success Manager in Cyber Security, I know the importance of clear communication, patience, and adapting to people’s needs. I hold a Bachelor's in Languages and an MBA, and I’ve coached colleagues and students throughout my career. My background helps me bring not just language expertise, but also empathy, professionalism, and structure to our lessons.
