My lessons are structured, goal-focused, and tailored to each individual’s employability, career, or educational objectives. I use a coaching-based approach that combines clear action planning with reflective discussion, helping students move from where they are now to where they want to be.

Each session typically follows a practical and supportive format: we begin by identifying goals or challenges, then break these down into manageable steps, and finish with clear actions to work on between sessions. I adapt the pace and content depending on the learner’s needs, ensuring sessions are both structured and flexible.

The dynamics of my lessons are interactive and collaborative rather than lecture-based. I use open questioning, active listening, and guided reflection to help students build confidence, self-awareness, and decision-making skills. The focus is always on empowering individuals to take ownership of their progress.

My experience as a qualified coach and final-year Psychology student supports my ability to understand motivation, behaviour change, and learning processes. This allows me to provide not only practical career and education guidance, but also the psychological support needed to build confidence and sustain progress.
