I hold lessons in person and online on Zoom. My lessons are individually created and take into account the aims and language level of my students.
All of my lessons are engaging and generally range from 40 min. on line to 1 hour face to face.

In addition, I'm a certified teacher of English as a foreign language. I hold a Cambridge qualification (CELTA) and have a BA in English and an LLB from the Open University, UK. I assist in integrating foreign children into the English school system and prepare them for entrance examinations into private schools.

Maria is an excellent teacher and a true professional. She quickly found the right approach to my son. Lessons are always conducted in a warm and calm atmosphere. The classes are structured in an engaging, game-based format; the material is presented by topics, thoroughly practiced, and reinforced. Her teaching covers not only the language itself, but also an introduction to Russian culture, literature, and traditions. I have been learning elementary Russian with Maria for several weeks. I find her to be patient, very clear in her explanations, motivating and highly knowledgeable.
