I teach Russian and English for all ages and for any level of language proficiency. Always select a personal methodology for each student to make it productive and interesting. I help to overcome the language barrier. I was born and bred in Moscow but currently live in Oxford, so I can speak both languages fluently. My main goal is to make the lesson joyful and not boring. Not only explain grammar rules but also provide confidence in speaking, and reading and of course inform my students about culture. I'm always more than happy to improve classes with advice from my students. My experience includes both students with no knowledge of the subject and advanced students. As for my personal qualities, I have always been a people person as I believe that only well-coordinated teamwork can lead to success in any kind of business. I am also hardworking, sociable and caring. I enjoy the challenge and do my best to reach my goals as well as derive much pleasure from helping others to achieve those. My work experience has always been closely connected with horses. First I worked for 4 months in a private farm outside Moscow, where I performed the duties of a horse breeder, which involved horse care, stepping off horses, washing and working on the cord. My second workplace was at King Stables, where I started as an intern but after showing myself as a dutiful, hardworking, proactive and attentive employee, just after a month, I was accepted into the staff. There and in my next place of work Silver Horseshoe, I got invaluable experience in escorting horses on the launch pad, caring for horses and ammunition, and saddling and unsaddling of horses.
